How do I get started?
Start the process today by making an appointment, by calling us at 480-734-2018 or emailing us from the Contact Us form. It would be helpful if you could email us a photo of your valuable(s) and any paperwork you might have such as an appraisal or GIA certificate.
How do I know what my asset is worth?
Our experienced GIA trained staff will work closely with you to assess the value of your assets and provide you with the highest monetary value possible. (Please keep in mind that if you have an appraisal, they are generally for insurance purposes and reflect the full retail replacement value, not market value.) Our evaluations are free of charge and you are not under any obligation.
Should I sell or take a loan?
We will help you determine what best suits your needs, whether to sell or get a short term loan on your valuables. We want you to be comfortable knowing that you made an educated decision either way. Please keep in mind that our collateralized loans can be renewed as long as the interest is paid.
When will I receive the funds?
Once the small amount of paperwork is complete, you will receive payment on the spot. Please bring with your government issued ID.
How do I know if my valuable is considered upscale?
Call us! We want to hear from you and would be happy to discuss your needs and what assets can bring you the cash you need. Generally our minimum loan amount is $500, but we are here to help you. If we can’t assist you, we will be happy to refer other options.
Will the loan affect my credit?
No, we do not report to the credit bureau and it doesn’t matter what your credit score is. Your tangible asset is your collateral for the loan. See our collateralized loans page for details on this.
How are you different from a pawnshop or those other Loan and Jewelry businesses?

We are very competitive in our pricing, and will offer you top-dollar. Because we respect your privacy and security, our office is By Appointment Only, so please Contact Us first. You will find we have a very friendly, safe and comfortable setting.

If I have a large collection, will you come to me?
Absolutely, we will be happy to conduct our evaluation at your home or bank vault.
What if I have valuables I don’t see on your specialty list?
Contact us, we would love to hear what you have. We are not limited to only Jewelry, Diamonds, Precious Metals, Watches, and Cars. Especially in the valley, we find our clients have many unique items and collectibles. If we can’t help you get the cash you need for your tangible assets, we will be happy to make a recommendation.
